Milident Ottawa provides clinics with a new convenient way to access the full-service and quality standards of our Milident flagship in Gatineau without the extra drive.
2. What services are available to clients of Milident Ottawa?
Milident Ottawa provides a full-service offering. In addition to analog workflows, we provide comprehensive digital workflow solutions, such as dentures, orthodontic appliances, relines and repairs, implant restorations, all crown types (including zirconia), printed reference models, and digital diagnostic wax-ups.
3. Are patient shading appointments available at Milident Ottawa?

4. Can I pick or drop off a case at Milident Ottawa?

5. Where is my work completed?
Analog cases and patient shading appointments can be handled locally in Ottawa. All other cases are completed at Milident’s Gatineau facility.
6. I am a current Milident client. Does using Milident Ottawa change how I submit cases or who I communicate with?
No. Your cases are handled by the same team, with the same pricing and workflows. Milident Ottawa adds location convenience for our Ottawa-based clients and their patients.
7. Does the new Ottawa location impact service at Milident Gatineau?
No. Capacity, staffing, turnaround times, and service levels at Milident Gatineau remain unchanged.
