One Year Warranty on all Dentures
We offer a 1 year warranty against defects in material or craftsmanship for all casting or acrylic work.
Immediate Dentures are not applicable to any warranty, nor does one apply to repairs or relines/rebases of dentures or cast partials.
One Year Warranty on All on Four
We offer a 1 year warranty against defects in material or craftsmanship on all All on Four cases.
Five Year Warranty on Bars
We offer a 5 year warranty against defects in material or craftsmanship on all bars.
The warranty is issued to the original doctor who issued the original prescription and is not transferrable. It is valid to the original prescription only, and change in treatment, including material, or additions are not applicable.
The account with Milident Inc. must be current when the warranty claim is submitted.
All fees subject to change without notice.
Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and a service charge of 2% per month on overdue accounts will apply.
For priority rush cases, an additional fee may be assessed.
