The screw-retained full zirconia structure is a monolithic zirconia bridge and is a good alternative to the hybrid prosthesis. Screw Retained Hybrid Prothesis
Screw-retained hybrid prosthesis are proven replacements for removable prosthesis worn by edentulous patients. A custom acrylic framework is fabricated on your master model and then scanned. The scanned data of the framework and the individual implant platforms are transferred to a design station where the titanium bar is finalized. After design, it is milled for a precision fit. The titanium bar can then be incorporated into the acrylic during processing of the denture or made removable.
